Recognized as the top program in North America, the development program takes goaltenders to the next level of their training for Major Junior, Collegiate, or Professional hockey. The PRO Goaltending method uses mental and physical coaching to elevate performance, leading to the highest level of success on the ice.

During the two-week program, coaches prepare daily personalized plans for development in order to fully recognize the highest level of potential in each athlete. With low coach-student ratios, each athlete will receive a personal understanding of their skill set with techniques to improve position and increase success through their season.

Dates:
  • Monday, July 17th to Friday July 28th (weekend in between are off-days)
  • Price: $2,250 + HST CAD
Location:
  • On-ice sessions will take place at the Minto Sports Complex Fitness Centre.
  • Players will have access to the University of Ottawa Gee Gee’s varsity dressing room for the duration of the camp, where they will be able to store their equipment overnight.
  • Off-ice sessions will also take place at the Minto Sports Complex Fitness Centre, in the University of Ottawa’s varsity gym.

Daily schedule:
  • One on one video session with each goalie prior to each on-ice session
  • Two hour on-ice session
  • 90 minute off-ice session
  • All off-ice sessions will be run by Joey Kwasniewski, the Gee Gee’s Lead Varsity Performance Coach.
Accommodation: Goalies will be given the option of staying in a university residence for the duration of camp.
